Outstanding staff throughout the hotel. The reception front desk girls called guesthouses for me in advance to make reservations (I am bike touring SE Asia) in Angkor Chey and Takeo as I needed to make reservations in advance. The breakfast at poolside was fantastic (great menu to order from) . I had two dinners at the poolside restaurant which were outstanding. The room was big, bed very comfortable (best sleep I've had in Asia). The room also had a safe (that worked!). TV had many English channels, HBOm BBC Animal Planet, AXO, Discovery. Very good and fast WiFi in room. Kettle for making coffee.

The views from my hotel room over the ocean and islands were absolutely spectacular! I also had a great view of the hotel’s beautiful pools. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bathroom extremely modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful looking after all my needs from laundry to meals. My lovely driver took me to see the National Park, where the ferries go to Rabbit Island, to eating at the Kep sailing club and having fresh crabs from the crab market at Kimly’s! I wish to highly recommend the Kep Bay Hotel and Resort! 10/10!

Clean, spacious rooms with great AC. Pool is huge and cleaned daily. Plenty of loungers, play area for children and a small pool area for children. Breakfast was simple and nice. The food and drinks in the pool bar were brilliant. We ate here every night. It is close to Sunset Cafe, Kep National Park and the boats to tour islands and rabbit island. Kep Beach is a short walk and is lovely. We used a regular tuk tuk and this was the handiest way to get around. I would highly recommend this accommodation if staying in Kep.

This hotel was so nice and peaceful to stay in. We ended up for two days mostly being at the pool but the first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We had crab curry and salad. Really delightful and prepared so well. The swimming pool had to be the highlight of the trip really so we spent the most time just enjoying the pool, with cold beverages or just swimming. The walk to the beach is quite easy so we walked the final day to the beach and then walked down a bit.

All staff were very nice and helpful, even if some of them didn’t have very good English they would do anything to try and help by getting someone who could speak with me. They organised transportation back to Phnom Penh at a very reasonable price. I had all my dinners here as the food was nice and service impeccable.
